SPECTACULAR CONTENT!! The following events are complete or have a special coverage in this year 1946 of Enroque!!:

1- V. Team Tournament "Playas de Necochea 1946". Pages 157, 159, 181-186 (excellent report), 189, and 218-221 (only all 16 games without notes of the round 1). Winner the team "Bahía Blanca".

2- Match García Vera-Parody, of the Championship of Newells' Old Boys Club 1946. Pages 173-174, with all 4 games (2 annotated). Winner García Vera.

3- Obituary of Alekhine (pages 194-196).

4- 1st Tournament of Jockey Club 1946. Pages 242-245, 267-269, 272, 291-292, and 314-316, with Crosstable, and 27 games annotated (lack game Maderna-Baca. On the Internet appears as not play, but in the magazine does not mention anything about it. Perhaps it was played but not retained, or Baca did not play for some reason). Winner Corte.

5- Radio Match "Círculo Metropolitano de Buenos Aires (Argentina)-Club Nacional de Foot Ball de Montevideo (Uruguay), 1946". Pages 262-263, and 266, with all 6 games annotated. Winner Círculo Metropolitano de Buenos Aires (Argentina).

6- Radio Match "Argentina-España, 1946". Pages 273-277, with all 15 games (few annotated). Winner España.

7- Match "U.S.A.-U.S.S.R.1946". Pages 297-300, 312-313, with all 20 games (few slight annotated). Winner U.S.S.R.

8- And much more, with excellent reports and very few rare photographs (in low quality) of the South American Chess, especially of the Argentine, and more especially of the local news, and excellent coverage of chess problems (in covers and inside).

Enroque!! is a mythical, scarce, and very hard to find Argentinian magazine. Paging and numbering of the volumes somewhat confusing. Some times, the calendar year has individual paging (although mixed numbers of 2 Años of publication), and other times a couple of years have continuous pagination. For example, the Año 1942 has its page 1 in the No. 9 (Año I), and its last page 220 in the No. 18 (Año II). This happens because the No. 1 was published in May 1941, and every year in the month of May change from Año I to Año II (and so on), but the pagination does not change, continues. For this reason, this magazine is bound in calendar years, respecting the pagination (and not the name of the Año I, II and successive, then the page would not be continuous, and it would not make sense).

Below is a possible (most likely) relationship of the 7 years of the life of the magazine. In red are the data which I have doubt: number of pages in the years 1941, 1943, and 1944, and what numbers are the latest in the years 1943 and 1944, and what numbers are the first of the years 1944 and 1945.

1941 No. 1 (Año I) - No. 8 (Año I). Pages 1-???.

1942 No. 9 February (Año I) - No. 18 December (Año II). Pages 1-220.

1943 No. 19 (Año II) - No. 28 (Año III). Pages 221-???.

1944 No. 29 (Año III) - No. 37 (Año IV). Pages ???-???.

1945 No. 38 (Año IV) - No. 46 December (Año V). Pages 1-156.

1946 No. 47-48 January-February (Año V) - No. 58 December (Año VI). Pages 157-316.

1947 No. 59 January (Año VI) - No. 64-65 June-July (Año VII). Pages 1-104.
