Czech master Karel Opocensky

Very good: light signs of use, no flaws. Stamp of photographer (Centropress Praha) on the back.
Biographical data:
Karel Opocensky (1892-1975), strong chess master, author of several books. His best years were 1920s and 1930s: 4 times Czechoslovak champion (1927, 1929, 1938, 1944). He took part in chess olympiads 1931, 1933, 1935 and 1939. At the 1933 chess olympiad made Opocensky 12,5 points of 14 and helped considerably to the 2nd place of the Czechoslovak team.
