Very good or better / dust jacket not issued: minor general signs of use, no flaws. Text clean with no writings.
A. Galitsky (or Galitski, Galitzki, 1863-1921), according to the authors the greatest Russian problemist.
The work on Galitsky consists of 3 volumes:
- The First volume (which we are listing in another auction) contains his biography and 1,106 problems and endgame studies.
- The Second volume contains Galitsky’s articles with ca 250 problems of both Galitsky and other composers, photos etc.
- The third volume then contains addendums and later discovered problems.
This auction is only for volume 2.
