Chocen, tournament comittee, 28 May 1948. 2 sheets printed on rectos only, mimeographed on cheap paper. Size 29.5 x 21 cm. In Czech. The weight 10 grams.
Good: horizontal + vertical centre fold, some underlinings in red crayon, light general signs of use.

Interesting is point 4 on page 2, which says:
The games played in the tournament are the property of chess club Chocen and may not be published by the player or other person without permission.
Names of the officials at the end, among them Zdenek Martinek (tournament director), master Karel Prucha ao.
