Fair / missing dust jacket: binding cocked and soiled, spine damaged. Both front and rear free endpapers cracked at spine. Older club stamp on title, the same stamp on ffep. Internally much better - text is OK with no writings. Dust jacket is (as almost always) missing.
Fundamental work on history of chess in Czechoslovakia and on Czech and Slovak territories, especially in the period 1850-1935. A lot of information, summaries, crosstables, detailed index. A must for lovers of Czechoslovak chess history.
