Very good: light general signs of use, inscription and some writings on the back as shown in the picture 2.
The photo was published in the magazine Ceskoslovensky sach 1949, page 142.
I can recognize some persons in the photo:
Folke Rogard, 1899-1973, FIDE President 1949-1970, staying on the middle in black suit.
Alexander Rueb, 1882-1959, FIDE President 1924-1949, staying in the middle, to the right of Rogard.
Erwin Voellmy, 1886-1951, Swiss Master, staying in the front row, second from the left (In fact, I only guess that this man is Erwin Voellmy, I am not sure about it..
Mikhail Botvinnik, 1911-1995, World champion 1948–1957, 1958–1960 and 1961–1963, to the right of Voellmy.
The photo meassures 12.5 x 8.5 cm and here is the picture close to its real size:
