- 7 biographical sketches of Latvian correspondence players with ca 20 games
- 167 combinations of Latvian players
- biographical sketches of 10 Latvian composers and 70 selected problems
The book is inscribed by GM Bagirov on front free endpaper, signed and dated 12. 11. (19)81.
The inscription means: „To the winner of the first / international torunament, / comrade ??? (I cannot recognize the name) / from his colleague – who won / the twenty nine tournament. / Grandmaster V. Bagirov / 12. 11. 81 signature.
