Good to very good: Some light wrinkle, a larger one at the top, sloping towards the upper corner, affecting the first 30 pages, but more visibly to the front cover. Slightly dampstained in the spine (more visible in the upper part), causing some browning mainly on the spine and on the inside of the pages, right next to the spine, and a small tear of the spine on its upper part and another around the upper staple. Inside pages are clean and without writings.
