Good: Some foxing on the first V pages, next to the spine, more visible on the page (and opposite) of the Sturgis photo, and small water spot on the upper corner (next to the spine) of the first VI pages, and also similar defects in the last unnumbered pages (Directory and Publisher). Some light wrinkle, and slightly dampstained in the spine, causing some browning mainly on the spine and on the inside of the pages, right next to the spine. 2 small spots of water on the top of the spine and another somewhat larger on the bottom of the spine. Inside pages are clean and without writings.
