Cambridge, American Chess Journal, 1992-1995. Original softback edition in 3 loose numbers. Individual pagination of each number: 127 pages + 1 unnumbered publisher page (Premiere Issue), 123 pages + 5 unnumbered publisher pages (Number 2), and 125 pages + 3 unnumbered publisher pages (Number 3). 22,9 x 15,3. In English. The 3 volumes are first printing.
Excellent: Almost like new. Inside pages are clean and without writings. Only one annotation ("Complimentary Copy - for NZ Chess Suppl.") with a blue marker on the top margin of page 1 of number 1, and yellow remains of the sticker on a label (which is no longer there) in the shape of a rectangle (4 x 1,5 centimeters) in the lower outer corner inside of the front cover of number 2.
This was a short lived journal which was produced to give the American view of the world of chess. Started by two Harvard University Chess Club alums who along with Peter Wolf from Yale had previous experience in chess literature. This was hoped to be the Paris Review of the chess world.
