In march, 1933, the world of chess was hit by some shocking news: grandmaster Akiba Rubinstein was in dire need, and an appeal was sent worldwide so all chess fans could help Mr. Akiba. A book by Hans Kmoch, 'Rubinstein Gewinnt' was written so everyone could collaborate. We have a RARE EDITION of this book, all signed by brazilian chess fans and 'mecenas' from 1933 to 1976, in order to help Rubinstein's fund. In 1976 it belonged to Jose Carlos de Almeida Soares and Silvio Mendes, both brazilian chess champions. We have a TRUE PIECE OF CHESS HISTORY here, it DESERVES to belong to a TRUE CHESS COLLECTOR. Check more details in http://www.chesshistory.com/winter/extra/rubinstein1.html.
