DESCRIPTION

Taya Efremoff was a Ucranian chess player, naturalized Brazilian. She was Brazilian Chess Champion on years 1958-59. She was a very active chess player, helped to increase and develop the level of many athlets in Brazil. Here we have a really RARE PIECE of CHESS HISTORY. Taya sent a SIGNED copy of her book to young brazilian chess prodigy, Eunice Aquino, when she won the State Chess Championship. Even rarer, we have a PERSONAL  LETTER Taya sent to her, giving advices and best wishes. She mentions other chess champions,Noemi, NORMA SNITKOWSKI(check our signed book in auction too) and Sonia.
