Without Index, as published. 21 x 14,6 cm. In Dutch.
Very good: Minor defects, as some light wrinkles, and some rust in the staples. The numbers 2-4 have one punch hole (without affecting the text) on the upper edge of the front cover, relatively close to the spine.
This last year is difficult to obtain, specially the last number (very hard to find).
