GM Miroslav Filip

About Good: light signs of use, there are some paper residua on the back – it looks like the photo was glued on some carton or so.
Biographical data:
Miroslav Filip (1928-2009), Czech GM, the best Czechoslovak player in 1950s, one of world's best chess players around 1960, World Championship Candidate 1956 and 1962. GM Filip is also well known as arbiter (Karpov - Korchnoi, Baguio 1978, women world championships etc).
I am not familiar with the second person in the photo.
