British Correspondence Chess Society Newsletter. Vol.2 No.2 March 1964; Vol.3 No.4 July 1965 continous to Vol.7 No.6 November 1969.
Bound in one volume (21 x 26cm) dark red imitation leather, VG. First issue has 10 pages, Vol.3 has p.25 - 51, Vols.4 - 7 are complete with just over 50 pages each. There are index pages for Vols.3 - 7. Issues are printed on various coloured paper. (A.) Includes lots of news, results, and annotated games.
The BCCS was officially formed in January 1962 as a breakaway from the BCCA, and included many strong British players in its membership. This Newsletter is very scarce, and this collection is bound in an attractive binding. Di Felice "Chess Periodicals" states "no availability found", and Lusis A56 is his source, which gives very little information. Not in Betts.
