With 1 frontispiece and 9 numbered copper plates with diagrams and 2 text illustrations. VI, 1 sheet, 57 pages. Nice Quarter leather binding with part of the former cover glued at front. Van der Linde II, 31; L/N. 624; Schmid p. 211; Kieler Schachkatalog 2739. The beautiful copper plates depict the initial layout of the pawns as well as the move possibilities of various figures.
Condition: Binding with slight wear. Paper with slight browning, a few pages with small chippings, tiny tears and very slight foxing. Otherwise inside nice and clean. Overall = Very Good!
