"CHESS, Volume 36" edited by B.H.Wood. Published in hardback by CHESS, Sutton Coldfield in 1971. First Edition. 388pp. Plus index. Magazine numbers 611-634 (Sept 1970 -- Sept 1971). The volume is in Very Good condition. The binding is the regular publishers brown colour. The gilt lettering on the spine is still bright (see scan). The page edge block has mild age browning but no foxing. All the magazines are in Very Good condition and are inscription free. There is the very occasional blemish, commensurate with age, but basically all the magazines are in very good, readable condition. Some of the magazine covers are bound in, some are not. Games are in English descriptive notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Approx.unpacked weight: 680g. Postage by Royal Mail within the UK: £4.00.
