Two volumes of CHESS, Sutton Coldfield combined in one volume: "CHESS, Volumes 33 and 34" edited by B.H.Wood. Published in hardback by CHESS, Sutton Coldfield in 1969. First Edition. 372 + 340pp. Plus indexs. Magazine numbers 539-586 (Oct 1967 -- Aug 1969). The volume is in Very Good condition. The binding is the regular publishers brown colour. The gilt lettering on the spine (which only refers to Vol 33) is still bright (see scan). The page edge block has mild age browning but no foxing. All the magazines are in Very Good condition and are inscription free. There is the very occasional blemish, commensurate with age, but basically all the magazines are in very good, readable condition. Games are in English descriptive notation.
