"Profile of a Prodigy - The Life and Games of Bobby Fischer" by Frank Brady. Published in hardback by Nicholas Kaye in 1965. First UK Edition. 250pp. The book is in Good+ condition. The binding is tight and the internal pages are all clean and unmarked apart from a previous owner's name and date on the inside of the front board and a few speckles to the front and rear endpapers. The page edge block shows signs of handling and light foxing. The top edge block is quite discoloured. The dustjacket is in Good minus condition. It has two closed tears on the spine area plus one on the rear panel. There is also scuffing on the rear panel and the spine area plus a tiny area of loss at the top of the spine (see scan).The dustjacket is now protected by a removable see-through sleeve.
