"The Chess Struggle in Practice - Zurich Candidates Tournament, 1953" by David Bronstein. Published in hardback by Batsford in 1980. First UK Edition. 499pp. The book is in Good+ condition. The binding is tight and the book stands straight. There is minor age related discolouration to the page edge block (heaviest on the top edge, as usual) but no foxing. The internal pages appear to all be clean and unmarked. The book is inscription free. The dustjacket is also in Good+ condition. It is complete although it has the residue of a sticker on the front panel (see scan). The dustjacket is now protected by a removable see-through sleeve. Games are in English descriptive notation.
