XVI shakhmatny chempionat SSSR. Moskva, journal Vechernaya Moskva, 1948. Newspaperlike issues 1-22 (complete set) issued during the tournament and then softbound by publisher. One number has 8 pages, 176 pages in all. Size 29 cm. Original softcover. In Russian. LN 5750. Sakharov 1011 (Sakharov 2nd edition 1946). The weight 305 grams.
Fair (reading copy): covers are somewhat creased. In the first half of the bulletin, there are several small wood-worm holes, always through several pages. In picture 2, you can see 4 such holes.
All games of the tournament, many of them annotated - 19 players round robin. Articles, many photos and illustrations, crosstables etc.
Shared winners were Bronstein and Kotov (12 of 18), ahead of Furman, Flohr, Tolush, Bondarevski, Keres etc.
