DESCRIPTION

"Botvinnik the Invincible" by Fred Reinfeld. Published in hardback by David McKay in 1946. First Edition. 220pp. The book is in Good+ condition. There are very minor faults, commensurate with age, such as mild tanning to the pages and page edge blocks plus a shop sticker on the front endpaper. The internal pages are all clean and unmarked and the book is inscription free. There is no foxing to the book. The dustjacket is in Good condition. It has two very small areas of loss on the spine extremities that have been neatly camouflaged with colour paper. There are also two further very small areas on the dustjacket tips that have not been camauflaged. There is also discolouration to the rear panel (see scan). The dustjacket is now protected by a removable see-through sleeve. Games are in English descriptive notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Approx.unpacked weight: 325g.
