"CHESS, Volume 20" edited by B.H.Wood. Published in hardback by CHESS, Sutton Coldfield in 1955. First Edition. 466pp. Plus index. Magazine numbers 229-252 (Sept 1954 - Sept 1955). The volume is in Good overall condition. The front board is clean, the rear board stained with white speckles and the spine area has strongly faded. The page binding feels a little shaky. The page edge block is tanned from age and handling. The internal pages are all clean and inscription free. Games and positions are in English descriptive notation.
