Up for bids is "I Was Tortured in the Pasadena Jailhouse" by Bobby Fischer. This 1982 pamphlet recounts an autobiographical incident where Fischer was apparently arrested and wrongly held in a local California jail. The pamphlet is 14 pages long.
This item's condition is very good, with light spotting to the wrappers. An original yellow sticky note is on the rear, requesting additional postage. This pamphlet has become increasingly scarce and is an interesting window into a great champion's troubled mind.
