Up for bids is a complete and nicely bound volume of Wiener Schachzeitung for the year 1930. Excellent material on compositions, the chess world at large, and especially of tournament games, covering such important events as San Remo 1930 and strong, smaller competitions, like Frankfurt 1930, on which only a scarce work by Cordingley was published. Contains 24 issues, of which four are double issues. Pagination is 1-384 (inclusive of title page and full index). L/N 5957.
This book is in very good condition. Boards are slightly paint-chipped, on sides and at edges, clean spine with neat paper label, contents excellent with a very few stray and light ink marks at sides, with no impact on text. Page edges are nicely speckled.
