1941 "BASIC CHESS ENDINGS"
1st LIMITED EDITION, NUMBERED AND SIGNED!!

Philadelphia, David McKay Company, 1941. Original publisher's brown cloth edition with gilt lettering and stamping to spine and cover issued without jacket. XIV + 573 pages. 19 x 12 cm. In English.
Good: Minor defects in covers, with slight wear on the ends of the spine, and Title slighty faded in front cover. The tiny white "spots" of the covers, are actually effects caused by the light to affect the binding, because it simulates a kind of waves in relief. In the second photo of the front cover it looks perfectly. Inside generally in very good condition, with few very slight wrinkles in some edge and very few foxing or stains, but approximately 10% of the pages (47 in total) have some underline or some slight annotation (a very few with more extensive annotation): pages 10, 12, 14-15, 17, 19-32, 34, 36-37, 39-43, 45-46, 48, 50, 52-61, 97, 181, 198, 206, 327, 562, 567, and 573. Please, you see the photos contained in the description. Absolutely all defects are photographed.
