Leipzig, Verlag von Veit & Comp., 1859. Hardcover half binding with year written by hand on the spine. Morphy's Portrait with tissue guard + XVI Index pages (including Title page, but pages III-XVI bound after page 407) + 407 pages. Bound without covers. 23,5 x 15,8 cm. In German.
Good: The main defects affect the binding, which has the spine with small breaks at its ends, somewhat worn and with some slight stain. Certain dirt caused by general foxing. Some marking on a diagram or game, and just a slight annotation on one of them, with pen, easy to erase. Inside in good condition.
