Ten vintage issues of "The British Chess Magazine" for the year 1929 (Vol 49). The lot comprises the following: January, March and May - December 1929. The June issue has a tear along the spine and a shorter one on the front cover. Internally good. This particular magazine I would rate as being in Fair plus condition. The October and December issues have strong signs of handling. The October issue is minus its rear cover and has penned writing on the front cover. The December issue still has its covers but the rear one is detached. These two particular issues I would rate as being in Poor condition. The remaining seven issues are in Good plus overall condition and are very clean and unmarked both internally and externally. The December issue has the index (stapled in) for the BCM for the year 1929. All of the magazines staples are a little rusty. Each magazine has around 35pp (the August issue has a whopping 56pp). Any questions, please just ask. Unpacked weight is around 550g. Postage in the UK will be £3.00. Europe and elsewhere will be more.
