Lawrence L. Langer: Samuel Bak - Chess in the Art - The Game Continues.

Paintings of Samuel Bak, who had his first exhibition at the age of nine in the Vilna Ghetto. "Painting is like a Game of Chess" according to Bak. Short biography and descriptions of the paintings.

Nicely illustrated book with about 35 black-and-white and ca 50 coloured paintings.
