Two thematic Chess Endings books: "Practical Chess Endings" by Paul Keres (published in softback by Batsford in 1981) and "Exploring the Endgame" by Peter Griffiths (published in softback by A&C Black in 1984). The Keres volume looks unread although age has browned the page edge block and (to a much lesser extent ) the internal pages. The covers of the book also have miniscule scuffing marks. The Griffiths volume is in Good condition. It is very clean internally but suffer from shelf lean and a page edge block that shows signs of handling. The covers have also discoloured a little and the lettereing along the spine has faded. Both volumes appear to be inscription free. Positions are given in English descriptive notation (Keres) and Algebraic (Griffiths). 262pp + 220pp, respectively. Further scanned images are available on request. Approx.unpacked weight: 755g. Postage by Royal Mail within the UK: £3.50. Postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra. Please ask me for details.
