Author: Tadeusz Czarnecki (born November 2, 1905, died on August 30, 1973) - Polish problematicist, journalist and chess activist.
He made his debut in 1933. He published about 300 tasks (6 tasks were awarded in the albums of the International Chess Federation). In 1956, the International Chess Federation awarded him the title of international referee in chess. National champion of chess composition from 1955. Polish champion in the department of three legs (I and II Champion).
