Praha, Kotva, 1965-1975. Volumes 1-10 in orig. publisher's green cloth, volumes 11-13 in loose issues. Mimeographed, (4) + 16 + 16 + 78 + 16 + 8 + 16 + 28 + 62 + 76 + 46 + 20 + 24 + 120 pages. 780 grams. Size 20 cm. In German.
Good plus / dust jacket not issued: edges a little stained, the binding is OK. The previous owner numbered all pages in a hardcover book by pencil, a total of 384. Light general wear, internally OK, with no writings.
Each volume presents one Czech composer, always with a life- and chess biography and selected problems. The set of 13 volumes contains 2,000+ problems, all diagrammed with dates and places of first appearence, solutions and notes. All published inclusive title page and index for volumes 1-10.
Separate volumes are on following composers: 1/Tuzar, 2/Jelinek, 3/Knotek, 4/F. Mazel, 5/Zeman, 6/Prevorovsky, 7/Cimburek, 8/Kainer, 9/Moravec, 10/Stepan, 11/C. Dedrle, 12/Kesl, 13/Mach
While volumes 1-10 were bound together by Ilja Mikan in one volume, volumes 11-13 were published only in loose issues.
