Four vintage of issues of "Chess World" from 1948 and 1958. They are: Vol 3 (July 1948) and Vol 13 (March, April and May 1958). All are in Very Good condition. All the magazines used glossy paper which remains in very clean condition. The magazines appear to be annotation and inscription free. The covers are complete and well attached to the magazine staples. These magazines are from an iconic chess magazine (the successor to the Australasian Chess Review) published by the great C.J.S. Purdy and are scarce and collectible. Each magazine has around 24 pages. Games and positions are in English descriptive notation. Further scanned images are available on request.
