DESCRIPTION

Ten vintage issues of "CHESS, Sutton Coldfield". The lot comprises the following: Vol 1 (numbers 3, 8, 9 and 10); Vol 2 (number 21); Vol 3 (number 34); Vol 12 (numbers 133, 134 and 135) and Vol 19 (number 227). Dates of publication vary from Nov 1935 to Aug 1954. The volume 1-3 magazines are scuffed and dirty on their covers but clean and unmarked, internally. I would rate these six particular magazines as being between Fair minus condition (externally) to Good plus condition (internally). The volume 12 magazines have lighter scuffing to their covers than the earlier ones and are, again, clean and unmarked internally. I would rate these three particular magazines as being in Good plus overall condition. The volume 19 magazine has a short tear from the base of the spine to the lower staple but is otherwise in Good plus condition and is internally clean and unmarked. All of the magazines staples are rusty but they are all still holding on to their covers. Each magazine has around 35pp. Any questions, please just ask. Unpacked weight is around 765g. Postage in the UK will be £3.50. Europe and elsewhere will be more.
