Sixteen vintage issues of "CHESS, Sutton Coldfield" magazine" from the year 1956 (Vol 21). The lot comprises the following: Issue Numbers 253, 254, 255, 256, 257, 258, 259, 260, 261, 262, 263, 264, 265-266, 267-268, 269-270 and 271-272. Overall condition: Good. The covers are all in the place (apart from issue 255 which has the covers detached) and the magazines appear to be clean and annotation free (apart from an address pencilled on the cover of some issues). Two or three issues I would describe as being in Good minus condition as they have depredations but the majority are in Good condition. Each magazine has around 22pp but the "Double Issues" listed above have an average of 12 additional pages each that are the start of the Candidates 1956 Tournament that CHESS, Sutton Coldfield printed as a special supplement.
