Berlin – Germany, Scherl, 1929-1932. Later binding, spine and front cover lettered. About 330 pages in all. Size 24 cm. The weight 590 grams. In German. LN 6087. Whyld page 102. Di Felice 774.

Close to Very good: minor edgewear, light signs of use, text is clean with no writings.

The chess section is called „Das deutsche Schach“ and is usually 6 pages long per issue.

It includes articles, many annotated games, hundreds of problems and studies, photos etc.

The magazine brings articles from Aljechin, Lasker, Nimzowitsch, Bogoljubow, Tartakower, Sämisch, and other masters.

The book consists of following numbers:

1929 (volume 2): numbers 2, 20-21, 23-25, 27-35, 37-38, 40

1930 (volume 3): numbers 3, 10-12, 20, 22-24, 26-30, 32-45, 47
