A nice, vintage "Tower Chess Clock" from the early 1970s that was sold in the UK by the "CHESS, Sutton Coldfield" magazine. The clocks are in Very Good condition and appear to have hardly been used. The clocks are started by pressing the long panel across the top of the device. There are small areas of paint loss to the circular faces (see scans) but this is not significant. Both clocks have been tested and are working OK. Both appear to be losing around 4-5 minutes in every 24 hours which is fine for chess playing purposes. Dimensions approx 230mm x 120mm x 50mm. Further scanned images are available on request. Approx.unpacked weight is 750g. Insured postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £5.00. Insured airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details.
