Events include GB v USA Cable Match, large coverage of Vienna, Prague, British Championship, Lodz.
Also matches: Janowsky v Marshall, Marshall v Mieses, Lasker v Tarrasch (World Championship).
This volume also includes crosstables for chief international tournaments from 1851 to 1907.
