Fair: the book has a defect at the top near spine and is about 3.5 cm torn. This tear goes through the entire book. Otherwise OK, text with no writings.
According to the heading of the first page, this is also number 5 of Zpravy UJCS (Czechoslovak Chess Union) from 5th August 1948.
It contains various articles, reports for the period 1946-1948: executive of UJCS, treasurer, union captain, librarian, various reports from the UJCS counties, from the Slovak chess union and other information.
