size 23 x 16.5 cm, pasted on a heavy cardboad
Good: the cardboard is somewhat soiled and worn at corners, otherwise normal signs of use.
Printed text at the bottom right says that the author of the photograph is the photographer (Ladislav) Zastava from Slapanice. Slapanice is a small town in Moravia, about 15 km away from Brno.
The Zastava photo studio in Slapanice was founded in 1919, which also roughly determines the time when the photo could have been taken.
By the way, it seems that Ladislav Zastava was an acclaimed photographer. At the end of the First World War, he met the later Czechoslovak President T. G. Masaryk in Italy and became his personal photographer. More about the photo studio Zastava can be found here (in Czech):
