1909 "SESDEK ŜAKPROBLEMOJ"
VERY RARE, VERY SCARCE AND VERY HARD TO FIND

Barcelono, Filoj de Paluzíe, Eldonistoj, 1909. 135 pages (including Half Title page and Title page) + (1). Beautiful private quarter hardback marbled binding with gold print on spine. 20,8 x 15,3 cm. In Esperanto, with the last article (epilogue) "LASTA PAROLO" (pages 115-135) in Esperanto, Spanish, Italian, French, English and German.
Very good: Lightly brushed binding on the edges of the spine. Very light smoky smell, mainly near the outer side, although to perceive it I had to get as close as possible (at a normal reading distance, for a normal nose like mine, it is totally imperceptible). Ex-libris (inside front cover) and small pencil annotation probably easy to erase (at bottom edge after page 135), both from former owner, Italian collector Mr. Pellegrini. The interior is clean, with very slight general browning in edges. The first 50 diagrams have a slight pencil notation (probably easy to erase), it seems that mentioning the squares in which both kings are. Honestly, the book is very pleasant to have in your hands, and is structurally in excellent condition.

Very rare, very scarce and extremely hard to find.
In all 31 Klittich-Pfankuch Auctions that I know, from November 2003 to June 2006, and from November 2008 to June 2020, only has been auctioned 2 copies. In the 67 Klittich-Pfankuch Auction, maybe in worse condition, sold for a Total Price 159,97 EUR.
