Each volume contains 100 endgame studies of various authors where White wins or makes a draw, with certain piece in the main role - Knight, Bishop, Pawn, Rook, Queen.
The studies begin with usual material, but White has at the end just the King and one piece (in book 6 just the King). All studies include annotated solutions.
Author Sergei Tkachenko is a GM in chess composition and chess historician. Series Sekrety shakhmatnykh figur 1-6 (complete set).
