"Fifty Great Games of Modern Chess" by H.Golombek. Published in hardback by Bell and Sons in 1943. Second Edition. 88pp. Betts 24-42. The book is in Good Plus overall condition, for its age. The binding is tight and the book stands straight with no shelf lean. The book is inscription free. The internal pages are clean & unmarked and suffer only from some very light foxing to the page edge blocks and the occasional speck, here and there. There is also the residue mark of a shop sticker on the front endpaper. The dustjacket is also in Good Plus condition. It has scuff marks and small closed tears to note but it is complete. The dustjacket is now protected by a removable see-through sleeve. Games are in English descriptive notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Approx.unpacked weight: 250g. Postage by Royal Mail within the UK: £2.00. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details.
