"If You Must Play Chess" by Arnold Denker. Published in hardback by McKay in 1947. 190pp. First Edition. Betts 29-34. The book is in Very Good condition, for its age. The binding is tight and the internal pages are all very clean and unmarked apart from the very occasional spot or speck, commensurate with age. The book is inscription and annotation free. The page edge block is lightly tanned, again from age only. It also has two tiny speck marks on it. The dustjacket is in Good condition. It has crumpled damage at the head and tail of the spine plus a tiny area of accompanying surface loss. The spine area has sunned and the rear cover has light scuffing to note. The dustjacket is now protected by a removable see-through sleeve. Games are in English descriptive notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Approx.unpacked weight: 300g. Postage by Royal Mail within the UK: £2.50. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details.
