Very good: Light browning on some edge, very slight stains and very slight wrinkles on the covers, and very slight breakage on the lower edge of the front cover (repaired from the inside with cellophane). Pages 3-10 uncut at the top edge.

This is the print of manuscript 1173 (in the National Library in Paris), written by Nicholes de S. Nicholai in the 13th century. Very rare edition. At 67 Klittich - Pfankuch Auction, lot 719 was sold for € 169,05 (including tax).
