"The Bright Side of Chess" by Irving Chernev. Published in hardback by Hollis and Carter in 1952. First UK Edition. 175pp. Betts 24-68. The book is in Good Plus condition. The boards are clean, the binding tight and there is no shelf lean. The internal pages are all clean and annotation free. The page edge block shows mild signs of handling and/or tanning. The dustjacket is in Good condition. It has tiny chips to the head and tail of the spine plus light scuff marks. It is now protected by a removable see-through sleeve. Further scanned images are available on request. Approx.unpacked weight 300g. Postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £2.50.
