"Chess for Fun and Chess for Blood" by Edward Lasker. Published in hardback by Hollis and Carter in 1952. First UK Edition. 202pp. Betts 11-56. The book is in Very Good condition. The boards are clean, the binding tight and there is no shelf lean. The internal pages are all very clean and annotation free. The page edge block shows light evidence of handling. The dustjacket is in Good Plus condition. It has faded slightly along the spine area and has light scuffing and a small amount of speckling discolouration to note. There is a tiny area missing from the top of the spine but apart from that the dustjacket is complete. It is now protected by a removable see-through sleeve. Further scanned images are available on request. Approx.unpacked weight 400g. Postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £3.00. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details.
