Gouda, Stoom-Snelpersdruk "Koch & Knuttel", 1903. Private brown linen edition without Title or print. Frontispiece of P. E. S. Leonhardt + VIII unnumbered pages (including Title page) + 116 pages. 23,4 x 16,1 cm. In Dutch.
Good: Frontispiece with some wrinkles, and a break (in the center of the outer lateral margin), although practically complete, with only a small triangle missing from the lower outer corner. In the upper outer corner, behind the Frontispiece, signature unknown to me, though familiar. Some slight stain, probably from foxing, throughout the book, being most visible mainly on the Title page, pages 51-66 and 113-116. There is also a slight trace, relatively little visible, of a thin water stain on the lower half of the outer side of the pages of the second half of the book, being more visible from page 64, as well as a slight trace of stain of water in the upper outer corner of pages 113-116. Honestly, taking into account that the stains on the inside have been enhanced in the photography and its treatment, and that in reality the feeling of the book in the hands is pleasant, I think the general condition of the book is good to very good.
