Six lovely old Dutch(?) postcards (approx. 6" × 4") depicting cartoons of 1930s and 1940s chess players. Those featured are: Kmoch (Austria), Thomas (England), Ahues (Germany), Samisch (Germany), Weenink (Holland) and Mir Sultan Khan (England). I've no idea whether this is part or whole of a set, or the age of the cards. The maker appears to be Jan Koppenaal from Noordwijk, Holland. What I do know is they would look great framed, either individually or collectively. The cards are in excellent, unmarked condition. The reverse of each card has an address part plus a famous position (and solution) concerning the individual player. Further scanned images are available on request. Postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £2.00. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details. Any questions, please just ask.
