27 rare photo postcards with living chess pieces in Prague 1907. Issued by Ceska Obec Sokolska in Prague around 1907. Size approx. 14 x 9 cm.
Probably one of the largest collections of these rare postcards. In the last Klittich-Pfankuch auction the collection of only 8 of these postcards was sold for 700 euros (hammer price) + auction fees. This collection contains 27 postcards.
Condition - mostly around Good: Some are postaly used (several with a themed stamp - see photos), some are unused, some are browned and occasionally stained.
